John Marhofer is a native of Southern Colorado. Born and raised in Colorado Springs and has lived in Pueblo since 2001. He knows and loves the area and the people in and around Colorado Springs and Pueblo.

John worked as a retail manager for a decade, and enjoyed working with people and ensured that his customers were always provided the best customer experience. In 2010, John decided it was time for a career change and ventured into Real Estate.

John loved the customer service aspect as well as the opportunity to change people's lives through the process of buying and selling real estate, it was a perfect fit. John's greatest joy is the time, relationships and friendships that develop while helping people find their first home, dream home, forever home, investment home or business location.

John has 4 amazing children with his beautiful wife, who is a strong, independent and successful business owner. Together they have a zest for life in general, but love to travel and enjoy experiencing new places with their children. Their favorite place by far is Las Vegas for the lights, the energy and especially the variety of fabulous restaurants. John is a bit of a foodie and loves to try new places and types of food, but also rocks it out in his own kitchen and loves to entertain and allow others to enjoy his savory creations.
